In the Quarter Sessions ( Michaelmas ) Calendar of Prisoners 1830-1834, on the 6th of September 1833, William Withnell appeared before JP E. Monckton Esq and was charged with Stealing one velveteen jacket the property of Thomas Moreton and was fined 6d.
He was straight after charged with breaking into the dwelling House of Charles Marshall, at Acton, and stealing one pocket knife, his property.
He was immediatly transported for seven years.
